Rework / PCB repair

Rework / PCB repair belongs to Realtime Technologies among highly qualified and client-centered workplaces.

All of our employees have undergone training and have a certificate of IPC 7711/21 (Rework repair and modification is a practical training and error-correcting IPC-A-610 based on IPC-based visual criteria).

The Rework process includes the following activities:

  • removing damaged components
  • cleaning and preparing the place
  • removing rust or solder remover
  • replacement of roads, soldering of a new component
  • control + test
  • repair THT and SMT mounting to size 0402
  • conformal coating repairs
  • repair of PCB burns of THT repellents including internal wires and threads
  • replacement of THT and SMT components
  • customer modifications: bridge and wire jumpers
  • small-series mounting and joining boards board board board as well as pin connections
  • repairs of SMT platforms

Selective soldering is one of our specialized activities. We are working with the Pillarhouse modular system for selective soldering in the SMT industry.

Our equipment offers a revolutionary solution for PCB installation using a rotary table that allows simultaneous insertion and unloading of PCBs during product processing. It is designed to meet "lean manufacturing" needs, i. lean production. Our equipment offers high speed and flexibility and is equipped with a patented drop-jet fluxor.

We also offer manual soldering performed by our certified staff according to IPC standards.
