It is necessary to highlight the professionalism and experience of the trainer that can only come from real practice. And thanks to this, I have to highly evaluate all the training organized for our company because they did not bring to our employees only the theoretical phrases described in the book but explanations from practical examples that allowed a faster and clearer understanding of the issue. Some training for RealTime Technologies is done directly in our production, and IPC classification issues are addressed to real-time problems in real time, giving our operators much more effective feedback on their IPC standards, and the tutor instructs operators to identify the cause of the error with help acquired knowledge of IPC standards. Satisfaction with the use of RealTime Technologies is great and we look forward to more co-operation

The trainer's expertise is very good, he has good practical and theoretical knowledge he used to train IPC 7711/7721 in our company Enics Slovakia s.r.o. and he was able to engage all those involved in the training. The presentation of the IPC standards themselves and their excerpts have been continuously supplemented by practical demonstrations or by the video itself. The training was mainly focused and conducted in a practical area, and training and guidance staff were trained to choose the most appropriate system for a specific PCBA fix, which would bring much greater added value than just the theory itself. Based on our previous successful collaboration with our IPC A 610 certification, we contacted Realtime Technologies SK, s.r.o. with the preparation of a highly specialized educational activity that focuses on the theoretical and practical applications of the IPC 7711/21 international standard. Based on preparatory discussions, we organized two seminars related to training totaling 48 hours (two times three days). Both of these activities were prepared at a high level with targeted programs, carefully prepared learning aids, and customized content to the specific conditions of our processes. The lecturer has demonstrated a high level of technical and lecturing knowledge and skills in line with the needs of our company. A great benefit was the high flexibility and proactive attitude of the lecturer during the two seminars. Both the content and the form of the training were both filling and performing. In addition to training and revival of knowledge previously acquired through IPC-Specialist Certified Training, we have learned and, in practice, tried out new, expanded specifications in the field of repairs and replacement of both conventional wiring components and SMD components and PCB repairs.

The workshop was perfectly executed - focused on both the theoretical part and the practical one directly related to our specific function. The entire training 7711/21 was perfectly prepared and its level was very professional and very entertaining. Let me highlight both the presentation, the knowledge and the practical qualities p. Jiří Dostál, who managed to create a perfect atmosphere both in our conference room and at the practical training site. I find it necessary to mention that the training was attended by different staff from different departments and different levels of knowledge in soldering and soldering technology. Despite the fact that some of the participants had virtually no technological knowledge, they were able to absorb the necessary information according to the interpreter's interpretation. The training participants have excellent motivation to work and quickly and efficiently absorb new knowledge and solving techniques. Thanks again for providing such training, and I believe this was not the latest collaboration between our companies.
